Your role as a Crescendo recruitment consultant mostly involves business development, stakeholder management and generating revenue by successfully engaging with clients, candidates and colleagues.
Business Development – Pitching business to new clients; understanding their business needs and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship and knowledge of product which is the candidate market.
Revenue Generation – Building mutually benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Crescendo’s commercial performance while working in a high pressure environment.
Stakeholder Management – Managing expectations of client partners & candidates; negotiating employment packages for offered candidates; offering advice on structuring compensation packages for prospective candidates and client partner selects.
Recruitment Consulting – Sourcing and attracting candidates; Screening, interviewing and short – listing potential candidates and presenting suitable candidates to client partners; assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, hard and soft skills, experience and aptitude.
Process Excellence – Initiate best practices in the start – up culture & the specialist recruitment market within Crescendo. Add value in processes, systems, policies, culture by becoming an enabler and a highly engaged and proactive consultant of the growing business.
